I met Shane on the phone 4 years ago anyway. And he has been awesome! We actually built a phone relationship just from occasional calls - talk about dogs sometimes!
And then your team was on top of everything I needed - Stacie was in touch. And Carey my realtor of course with her help with the lawyer.

Shane and Stacey were GREAT when it came to communicating what was needed to move through the process, Shane was very knowledgeable about rates, current events, and when to lock in a rate, and with this being the second mortgage I’ve done with team Katie, the experience keeps getting better!

I have never had a better customer service experience than with Team Katie. My husband and I recently purchased our first home and we used Team Katie via Total Mortgage as our lender. I cannot say enough great things about Katie and her team. I mostly worked with Samantha Sirmaian and she was wonderful. She was always responsive via email and text. She always got back to me quickly and answered every question I had.
