Jana was FABULOUS. I cannot say enough good things about her. She held our hands throughout the entire process, and as first-time homebuyers, we knew we could trust her every step of the way. She simplified things that seemed really complicated and was kind, timely, and compassionate. My mortgage itself was seamless. Katie and her team had me ready to close in a week. However we hit some major obstacles when it came to title. Katie hand held me through the whole process. Made calls on my behalf and was just a shoulder to cry on. Completely above and beyond. Her team was so helpful and knowledgeable. It took 3 months to sort out but she was with me every step of the way. The personal touch was incredible. You don’t feel like a name on a piece of paper. Highly recommend her and her team.

The team was very responsive when it came to any questions I had. Even when I felt like I was asking a million questions, they continued to answer quickly and were very happy to help. Katie went out of her way to make sure I knew all the options I had available to me when it came to financing. She touched base with us regularly and was very supportive when we felt like finding our home wasn't in the cards at this time.
